PLACING AN ORDER
- Click here and fill in your particulars & item code(s). The order form will be opened in another window, which allows you to refer back to our webpage at the same time to continue browsing the catalogue.
- Once you're done filling up the order form, click on the 'Checkout' button that is located at the bottom of the page to submit your orders.
RECEIVING YOUR INVOICE
- An invoice (wardrobesteals@gmail.com) will be sent to your email address you've registered within 24 hours once you have sent in the order form. Please check your spam/ junk folders if you fail to receive any invoice after 24 hours.
MAKING PAYMENT
- Payment has to be made within 24 hours upon receiving the invoice. If failure to do so, you will be classified as a dead buyer and you will be privately blacklisted. Please ask for an extension (state it in the order form) if you think you are unable to make payment within the stipulated time frame.
Wardrobe Steals currently accepts the following payment options:
- DBS/ POSB ATM Transfer
- DBS/ POSB iBanking Transfer
- DBS/ POSB Cash Deposit (highly recommended for customers without a bank account)
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (SINGAPORE)
All parcels will be mailed the next working day after payment verification unless otherwise stated.
Return address labels will be pasted in front of every parcel prior to mailing.
Wardrobe Steals offers 5 different types of delivery services (all parcels are handled by SingPost):
Normal Postage:
- A flat rate amount of SGD$1.50 will be charged to your bill.
> Parcels under this delivery solution are not track able and has a higher tendency of getting lost. Parcels will take about 2 - 14 working days to be delivered to your letterbox.
Registered Postage:
- A flat rate amount of SGD$3.75 will be charged to your bill.
> Parcels under this delivery solution are track able and customers may track their parcel here. Parcels will take about 3 - 5 working days to be delivered to your doorstep.
> Tracking number will only be sent to you via email if requested.
SmartPac:
- A flat rate amount of SGD$4.70 will be charged to your bill.
- Item(s) under this delivery solution must not weigh above 3KG. If not, another SGD$4.70 will be charged to your bill.
> Parcels under this delivery solution are track able and customers may track their parcel here. Parcels will take about 1 - 2 working days to be delivered to your doorstep.
> Tracking number will only be sent to you via email if requested.
A.M Letterbox Delivery:
- A flat rate amount of SGD$2.60 will be charged to your bill.
- Item(s) under this delivery solution must not weigh above 300G. If not, another SGD$2.60 will be charged to your bill.
> Parcels under this delivery solution are not track able and has a tendency of getting lost. Parcels will be delivered to your letterbox the next working day by 11AM.
A.M Doorstep Delivery:
- A flat rate amount of SGD$3.90 will be charged to your bill.
- Item(s) under this delivery solution must not weigh above 300G. If not, another SGD$3.90 will be charged to your bill.
> Parcels under this delivery solution are not track able and has a tendency of getting lost. Parcels will be delivered to your doorstep the next working day by 11AM.
