RETURNS & EXCHANGES

GENERAL
- We do not accept any returns, refunds and exchanges under the following circumstances:-
1) Personal dislike or change of mind;
2) Actual item's design/ colour/ cutting deviates from buyer's personal perception;
3) Slight colour difference resulting from the difference on the buyer's monitor;
4) Item does not fit the buyer;
5) Mass production defects (e.g: printing stain/ loose threads/ dropping of buttons which can be sewn back);
6) Deliberate damage of the item(s) in order to make them eligible for exchange;
7) Defective items such as dirt stain(s) found on the item as we check and pack all items in clear plastic bags to ensure the item does not come in contact with any stain during the delivery process.
- Kindly note that all sales are final.

CASE BY CASE BASIS RETURNS/ REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES
- An exchange will be conducted should the team issue you a wrong order.
- The item(s) returned should be new, unwashed and unworn with the tag on (if any) within 7 days of delivery.
- We will exchange the returned item with a brand new piece of the same kind. Should your item is no longer in stock, we will issue you a full refund.
- Postage cost for returns will be reimbursed to you.
- All exchanges and refunds will take at least 3 working days to be processed.
